HOW TO ORDER YOUR BRIDESMAIDS'
DRESSES
Now that you have decided on your
Vera Wang Maids dress for your bridal party,
there are four steps to completing the order.
1. Getting Organized
Appoint one person to gather all the ordering information for
all bridesmaids.
This "Contact Person," be it the bride, maid of honor
or special family member, will be the one to send in the entire
order to Glenn & Company,
and will be the main contact for the order.
The "contact person" must read and sign off on the
"Bridesmaids' Ordering Agreement."

If you have already received a copy of the "Bridesmaids
Ordering Agreement" from the shop,
simply sign, and keep the bottom (yellow) copy for your records.
You will send in the white part of the form to us.
2. Getting Measured
All maids must be measured by a professional tailor and choose
their size.
See the "Taking Measurements Worksheet" for instructions.
This "worksheet" is for your use only - you do not
have to send this form in.

All maids will fill in the size and payment information
on their own "Individual Maids Order Form."
Every member of the party must complete this form,
and turn it in to the "Contact Person" responsible
for the order.

If you have already received a copy of the "Individual Maids
Order Form" from the shop,
simply sign, and keep the bottom (yellow) copy for your records.
You will send in the white part of the form to us.
3. Gathering All
Information
The "Contact Person" gathers all "Individual Order
Forms"
from all of the maids and look them over for accuracy.
The "contact person" will collect all "Maids
Individual Order Forms,"
plus one signed copy of the "Bridesmaids Ordering
Agreement,"
and will send them together as one package via US mail,
or via fax to the shop.
Any late or separate orders will have a different delivery date,
and may not be cut from the same bolt of fabric as the first
order.
No phone orders will be accepted.
No orders will be accepted without a signed copy of the "Bridesmaids'
Ordering Agreement."
All customers must choose own size based on
their measurements and the Vera Wang Size Chart.
